Work & Values
I currently practice in Richmond, VA at Richmond Family Psychology, which is a co-op practice, with two colleagues I have known for close to a decade. While I specialize in treatment for OCD and anxiety, I also help clients with a wider array of concerns including eating pathology, childhood behavioral difficulties, and trauma. I also conduct assessments to answer questions regarding possible neurodevelopmental concerns (e.g., autism, ADHD, learning disabilities) as well as help provide diagnostic clarity through psychological assessment.
I also believe strongly in inclusivity. I work hard to create a safe space for my clients to feel comfortable bringing their whole selves to session. Specifically, I am LGBTQ+ affirming and neurodiverse affirming and greatly value the opportunity to serve these communities.

Education & Training
I earned a Bachelor’s of Arts in psychology, with a minor in sociology from the University of Richmond. After working as a research coordinator in a psychiatric and behavioral genetics lab, I began my graduate training in clinical psychology at Virginia Commonwealth University. At VCU, I practiced across a variety of settings, including pediatric hematology/oncology and primary care. I also conducted research related to the therapeutic alliance and shared decision making in psychotherapy. I then completed my pre-doctoral internship at the West Virginia University School of Medicine, where I focused on early childhood neurodevelopmental assessment. I earned a PhD in clinical psychology, with a concentration in child and adolescent mental health from VCU in 2024.
